Job Responsibilities

As a business and process developer, you will play a central role in driving and supporting development and change work within the organization.
You will work both strategically and operationally to analyze, develop, and follow up on processes, working methods, and governance. The role involves close collaboration with managers, employees, and other functions, often across organizational boundaries.
You contribute with structure, analysis, and a holistic perspective, and have the ability to translate ideas and needs into concrete improvements that create value for the organization and its customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving and supporting business and process development
- Mapping, analyzing, and developing processes
- Leading or participating in change and development projects
- Contributing to the development of working methods within governance, follow-up, and quality
- Supporting the organization in digitalization and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background, such as political science, economics, computer science, or other education or experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You have documented experience in business development and change work, as well as experience in process mapping and process development. You have a strong ability to analyze complex information, identify needs, and formulate solutions that can be translated into practical and sustainable improvements.
To succeed in this role, you need to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and be able to adapt your communication to different target groups. You are communicative, pedagogical, and attentive, with the ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
At the same time, you are self-driven and confident in taking responsibility for driving development processes forward.
You have an analytical and structured approach to work and enjoy working both strategically and operationally. With a development-oriented and curious mindset, you take initiative, prioritize, and translate ideas into action. You have the ability to see the whole picture and the connections between operations, governance, digitalization, and benefits for the organization and our customers.
Experience from politically governed organizations and/or the real estate sector is an advantage. Experience in governance, management, quality and process development, project management, and the introduction of digital solutions is also considered advantageous. We also view knowledge of the business system Stratsys and an interest in digitalization, data, and business governance positively.

The position is part of the staff and reports to the head of staff/Vice President. The staff includes various specialist roles in governance and management, law, security, negotiation, office services, and diaries.
